About The Conference

The 1^st International Conference on Forensic Science, Cyber Security, and Digital Forensics (IC-FSCSDF 2026) is organized by the Department of Forensic Science, School of Sciences, Aditya University, Surampalem, and will be held on March 13^th & 14^th, 2026, in Hybrid Mode in Collaboration with SIFS India Forensic Lab, New Delhi, 3^rd Eye Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, and Selective and Scientific Books, New Delhi. The conference aims to bring together leading researchers, scientists, academicians, cyber professionals, forensic experts, and students from around the world to share their innovative research outcomes and advancements in forensic analysis, cybersecurity solutions, and digital investigation technologies. This conference provides a global platform to exchange knowledge, discuss the latest trends in forensic science and cyberspace, and explore emerging tools and methodologies used in crime detection and cyber threat mitigation. The event will feature keynote talks, technical sessions, poster presentations, and industry collaborations that promote scientific excellence and high-impact research

The primary goal of the conference is to share innovative ideas and encourage interaction between academia and industry to promote collaborative research involving scientists, engineers, professionals, researchers, and students.

All the accepted & presented papers will be available in the Scopus Indexed book series published by Nova Science Publisher titled `1st International Conference on Forensic Science, Cyber Security, and Digital Forensics`.

The Department of Forensic Science, Aditya University, is committed to academic excellence and scientific innovation in crime science and investigation. The department offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs, driven by strong laboratory infrastructure, professional training modules, and advanced technology in DNA forensics, toxicology, cyber & digital forensics, and crime scene investigation. Tie-ups with Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratories (AP FSL), SIFS (New Delhi), Andhra Pradesh Police, and Industry Partners ensure real-time exposure to investigative practices. Author Guidelines

Authors should submit Full papers, not just an Abstract.
Only papers through Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) will be accepted.
Paper Formatting and Margins: Please carefully follow the template for specifications.
No page numbers please. The same will be inserted during proceedings.
Restrict the Similarity Index below 10%
Please ensure that all the figures are of 300 DPI resolutions.
For Latex users: LaTeX users need not submit an MS word file. Instead, they need to include the source files in a folder and include this folder in the camera-ready zip file submitted.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Following documents are required through mail on icfscsdf2026@adityauniversity.in

Camera ready copy of the manuscript, duly modified as per review comments.
Encouraged authors of proceedings to include their ORCIDs in the proceedings.
Fee deposit receipt (Screenshot/pdf) where transaction ID is clearly mentioned.
Authors are required to mail the manually signed scan copy of this filled word template as per the camera-ready copy.

General Instructions:

The Plagiarism checking process will be done after receiving the papers and plagiarized content should be less than 10%.
Submit the final Camera-Ready paper before the deadline as per the proceeding template.
The copyright form with the due signature of all authors must be submitted along with the registration form. You can send its scanned copy by mail. However, it would be necessary to submit a hard copy of the same during the registration at the venue.
All documents & other information should be sent in a single e-mail as per the deadlines.

These guidelines apply to Poster Presentation (Physical & Online modes). Participants are requested to strictly adhere to the following specifications.

A. PHYSICAL POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

1. Poster Size & Orientation

Recommended Size: 2 ft (Length) × 3 ft (Width)
Dimensions: 2 x 3 feet
Orientation: Horizontal (Landscape) – Preferable
Posters not conforming to the above size may not be displayed.

Maintain consistent font style throughout the poster

4. Design & Readability

Use light background with dark text for maximum visibility
Avoid overcrowding the poster with excessive text
Prefer bullet points over paragraphs
Include high-resolution images, charts, and graphs
All text should be readable from 1–2 meters distance

5. Printing, Charges & Display

Posters will be printed by organisers only
Participants will be given posters on the day of presentation
Poster mounting materials will be provided by organizers
Printing Charges for Physical poster presentation(Students): ₹260

6. Poster Screening & Submission Timeline

28th February: Poster Screening(Submission link will be provided to students)
4th March: Corrections/Feedback will be communicated to participants
7th March: Final submission of physical poster (after corrections) so that the posters can be printed by the organisation

B. ONLINE / VIRTUAL POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

1. Poster File Specifications

Poster Size: 2 ft × 3 ft (same as physical poster)
File Format: PDF / JPEG / PNG
File Size: Not exceeding 10 MB
File Name Format: ICFSCSDF2026_PosterName_FirstAuthorName

2. Online Presentation Protocol

Online Poster Presentation Date: 9th March 2026.
Participants must be available online during the scheduled poster session.
Interaction with reviewers/judges may be conducted via live Q&A.
Failure to attend the online poster session may result in non-consideration for awards/certificates.

C. EVALUATION CRITERIA

Originality and relevance of the topic
Scientific content and methodology
Clarity of presentation
Visual appeal and organization
Ability to explain and respond to questions

D. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Posters must be original and unpublished.
One participant can present only one poster.
Certificates will be issued only to registered and presented posters.
The decision of the organizing committee/judges shall be final.

Note:

A maximum of 2 authors can present 1 poster.
If 2 authors are presenting the poster, then both authors should pay the prescribed fees with a single registration.
Registration Fee (for 2 authors): ₹2000 / $30
