ABOUT THE ICACTEA CONFERENCE

The 3^rd International Conference on Algorithms and Computational Theory for Engineering Applications (ICACTEA) 2026 is organized by the Department of CSE, Aditya University, Surampalem, and is going to be held on March 6^th & 7^th, 2026, in hybrid Mode.

This Conference will gather researchers, academicians, professionals, and practitioners from around the world to discuss and present their latest research findings, innovations, and advancements in the field of Computer Science.

This conference provides a platform for attendees to exchange knowledge, collaborate on projects, and stay up to date for the latest trends and developments in the rapidly evolving fields of Computer Science and Engineering. This conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Computer Science like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Quantum Computing and Optimization Techniques.

ABOUT ADITYA UNIVERSITY

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), established in 2001, offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programmes. The UG programme is accredited by NBA under Tier-I. The department has state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, Wi-Fi enabled classrooms with laptops to facilitate e-Learning, and a well-equipped seminar hall. The Department has industry-sponsored labs that support technologies like Data Mining, Machine Learning, and IoT. Specialized labs cater to Research Scholars, and a computer centre with high performance computing functionalities. The department has MoUs with leading MNCs like Oracle, CISCO, Infosys, SAP, Red Hat etc. offering certifications in advanced technologies, internships and placements.

IC-ACTEA-2026 invites high quality unpublished research papers with significant scientific contribution.

Author Guidelines

Authors should submit Full papers, not just an Abstract.
Only papers through Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) will be accepted.
Paper Formatting and Margins: Please carefully follow the template for specifications.
No page numbers please. The same will be inserted during proceedings.
Restrict the Similarity Index below 10%
Please ensure that all the figures are of 300 DPI resolutions.
For Latex users: LaTeX users need not submit an MS word file. Instead, they need to include the source files in a folder and include this folder in the camera-ready zip file submitted.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Camera Ready Submission: Nova Science Publisher Format

Following documents are required through mail on icactea2026@adityauniversity.in

Camera ready copy of the manuscript, duly modified as per review comments.
Springer encourage authors of proceedings to include their ORCIDs in the proceedings.
Fee deposit receipt (Screenshot/pdf) where transaction ID is clearly mentioned.
Authors are required to mail the manually signed scan copy of this filled word template as per the camera-ready copy.

General Instructions:

The Plagiarism checking process will be done after receiving the papers and plagiarized content should be less than 10%.
Submit the final Camera-Ready paper before the deadline as per the proceeding template.
The copyright form with the due signature of all authors must be submitted along with the registration form. You can send its scanned copy by mail. However, it would be necessary to submit a hard copy of the same during the registration at the venue.
You can process your VISA / Travelling arrangements to Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Please let us know if you need our assistance with the same.

At least one of the authors of the paper has to register for the Conference. It is compulsory for one of the authors to present the paper in the conference to get the paper to be published in conference Proceedings
